Our core database, mainly SMEs, has 29 million balance sheets from 2008 to 2023.

This core database is augmented each month with some 40,000 first time balance sheets and around 200,000 updated balance sheets.

At 1st October 2023, there were 4,987,621 active companies of which 3,633,692 had filed accounts.

We hold balance sheet data for 3,381,333 or 93.0% of those active companies that have filed.

Additionally, there are 2,604,965 dissolved companies where we hold balance sheet data.
